- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1Β½ cups plain Greek yogurt (high-protein)
- 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 (1 oz) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 12β16 vanilla wafer cookies or high-protein vanilla cookies
- Crushed vanilla wafers for topping
- Banana slices, for garnish

- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate the pudding mixture for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and the protein pudding.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with crushed vanilla wafers and a few fresh banana slices.
- Chill for 1β2 hours before serving for the best texture.
